The knob on top is an exclusive balloon knob created just for this box (a $12.00 value). The wooden knob is hand painted by Rusti Lee. The wooden knob sits on top amongst the balloons. It is cleverly placed to represent one of the balloons with whimsical swirls.

The size is apprx. . 5x5 and has 4 3x3 photo frames. The box has a swivel base. The inside of the box is a trinket box to keep special items!
